This article on Seth Godin’s Blog provides a great reminder about how to think about strategy.  All to often, we’re quick to abandon a strategy that we perceive isn’t working.  But is it the strategy or the approach (or as Seth says, tactics) that aren’t working.  He reminds us that we should be quick to abandon tactics that aren’t working while sticking with the strategies that we want to achieve.

Tactics are disposable.

Strategy is for the long haul.
