Continuing on the Digitalization perspective, here is an excellent TED Talk from Tom Gruber (creator of Siri) talking about the potential impact that Artificial Intelligence will have in the near future.  The most interesting thing that Tom covers is the idea of Humanistic AI, the pairing of human experts with specialized artificial intelligence.  I’m fascinated to see where we’ll see this take us in the future.
