Protiviti recently published a blog post on Digital Innovation and how to transition the ideas generated in the boardroom to something that can be practically implemented.  While the article references Financial Services companies, most of the concepts are relevant across all industries.  The point that resonated most with me was that it’s time for organizations to expand the their change programs from just focusing on people, process, and technology.  Rather, organizations should also consider how change will impact Strategic AlignmentCustomer Experience and Partnerships in addition to the traditional three areas to drive greater success rates.
