I’ve always been a fan of the Dilbert comic strip and find that they often provide valuable insights into how to approach some business situations. We’ve all been in Asok’s position; given a short amount of time to communicate very complex concepts. But Alice is right, we need to find ways to reduce those concepts down to a single slide (and a story) that can communicate the concepts in a concise and relate-able way.
What techniques have you applied to keep your executive communications short and to the point?
