Protiviti and Robert Half Management Resources are excited to welcome Bob Hirth, COSO Chair and member of the PCAOB Standing Advisory Group, to our Pittsburgh and Cleveland locations.  Join us for a complimentary breakfast and presentation where Bob will address COSO activities, including the proposed update to the Enterprise Risk Management – Integrated Framework, in addition to what’s next on the PCAOB’s agenda.  Following the presentation, a panel discussion co-moderated by Bob and Jim Aerni, managing director at Protiviti, will address ERM challenges and the implications of recent PCAOB findings impacting internal control over financial reporting (ICFR).
