BYOD increases IT work but not spending (via TechRepublic)

I’ve long been an advocate for the idea of Bring Your Own Device (BYOD) initiatives in the workplace.  TechRepublic recently conducted research into how BYOD adoption effects IT organizations.  Interestingly, they found that IT work was increased but overall IT spending was not significantly impacted.   I suggest that any organization considering a BYOD initiative read this study for some additional insights.
