I don’t get to give presentations to large groups very often, but I always enjoy it when I do.  Even then, I’m always looking for opportunities to improve my presentation approach.  One of the things that I have noticed in my (and others’) speaking is the dependence on “crutch words” and phrases such as “um,” “like,” or my personal favorite “does that make sense.”  The London Speakers Bureau (a company that helps connect you with high quality keynote speakers) recently shared this infographic with 11 killer tips to stop saying Um Forever.  I know I’ll be trying a few of these out in a future presentation.
