<– Return to Working with Me Last Modified: [last-modified]

[user_firstname], I’ve shared my expectations of you, now here is what I believe you should expect from me.  I will:

  • Be honest and candid. Keep in mind that I’m a talker. I probably talk too much, because I think too much. So, when I’m having an issue with you, I’m going to approach you about it right away and bluntly lay out how I feel.
  • Share my experience and help to educate you.  I don’t want to be the source of all knowledge on a client or
  • Be accessible to you.  Maybe not right away, but I will be accessible to you within a day at the most.
  • Provide timely feedback.
    • Wherever possible, I will provide review comments on your documentation the same week I receive it.  (I’ve even designated a whole day each week as “Review Day.”  Learn more in What I’m Working on Now.)
    • I will complete your evaluation within 2 weeks of you rolling off the project.  Keep in mind the 2 weeks is dependent on:
      • You submitting your evaluation to me in Workday as you roll-off the project.
      • Other team members adding their comments to your review (as appropriate).  I will be actively monitoring these submissions and pushing the other team members to complete their reviews so I can keep this timeline.

Like my expectations of you, these are always subject to change.  Be sure to check back regularly to see what’s different.

DID I MISS SOMETHING?

These are the things that I think you should expect of me or that my teams have suggested when I’ve solicited other feedback.  Did I miss an expectation that you have of me?  Sit down and talk with me about your thoughts or send them to me using the form below.  Your name is optional, but I’d appreciate the opportunity to discuss your feedback with you should you include it.
